What is a Chakra?
Chakras are energy centres within the body that symbolise organs, nerves and other areas of the body that impact your mental, physical, and emotional stability.
Everything around us is made up of energies, which need to be perfectly balanced to achieve equilibrium.
The same applies to your body; when your chakras are off balance or blocked, it’s likely that you’ll feel negative emotional and physical symptoms related to one of the seven chakras in the body.
We offer both half hour and hour chakra cleanses, at £17.50 and £35, depending on your requirements.

How Does a Chakra Cleanse Work?
Before your session begins Jeanette, your practitioner, will select a set of colour coordinated chakra crystals for you based on her instinct and intuition.
These are then placed onto your energy centres, and whilst you relax into a meditative state, a pendulum is used to uncover energy blockages in your body.
A clear quartz point will help the crystals release unwanted energy stores, and this will be swept away through the aura with the help of a cleansing selenite wand.
Once removed a clear, positive white light energy is brought into the body through the crown chakra, and by using a guided visualisation technique it leaves you re-energised, aligned and balanced.
