What is Crystal Healing?
​Crystal therapy treatments are designed to relax, calm and destress both body and mind. This helps to remove negative blockages, which are caused by stress, anxiety, illness, tiredness and negativity.
Once our energy centres begin to hold on to this negativity, we begin to act in ways that don’t represent our best selves, which can often impact the energies of those closest to us.
When you book a crystal therapy session with us, we can help to remove these energies to help you cope with situations that would normally send you into a whirl.
We offer sessions from £17.50 for half an hour, £35 for an hour and £40 for a one hour session with a healing grid.

How Does Crystal Healing Work?
Each crystal healing session seeks to reconnect, relax and restore. This process is most effective when energy channels are open and intended to repair.
In your session, the focus is on allowing your body to connect with the energies from the crystals. This is done by placing each crystal along the body in grounding points, known as the chakra system.
During the session, your practitioner Jeanette, will place these along the seven chakras and guide you through a process of meditative visualisation to realign the body’s energy.

However, due to our reputation and experience with holistic crystal treatments, we will often have customers travel from areas such as Northampton, Market Harborough, Corby, Kettering, Leicester and even further afield.
